The core essence of naturopathic medicine is depicted in my logo, referred to as ‘the healing triangle,‘ which I adopted from my mentor and well respected elder within the naturopathic community.

The triangle represents the three pillars of health: mental, emotional, and physical; the circle represents spirituality.  Mental health refers to our thoughts while our emotional health is how we feel about those thoughts.  The physical body is the vessel that contains our thoughts and emotions.  Lastly, spirituality is one’s view point on life. This symbol represents human health in its entirety and serves as a reminder to me to treat the whole person.
